What can I expect?
How can I get an estimate?
For a comprehensive estimate bring your car in, the first estimate is based on the visual damage, once the car is in the disassembly stage it is possibly for more damage to appear.
If you’re going through insurance we will do all the work to request a supplement for the additional damage, if not you will be notified if and when any additional damage is found.
How long will repairs take?
As a rule of thumb when the car arrives in driving condition repairs could take 3-5 days, when the vehicle is not drivable, 7-12 days is the estimated time.
Delays can be due but not limited to:
· Parts availability
· Insurance delays
· Supplemental damage
· Unexpected additional repairs
Please understand that every repair is different, but we work diligently to get you back on the road safely and as soon as possible.
Do you warranty the repairs?
Yes! Our workmanship and paint services are backed by an easy process and a 5 year written warranty.
Do I have to take my car where my insurance company sends me?
No, you are NOT obligated to take your car where your insurance company sends you. In California there’s an anti-steering law that makes it illegal for insurance companies to make you take it to a shop of their choice.
What if I don’t want aftermarket parts?
If your Insurance company has opted for aftermarket parts you have the option to pay the difference for the OEM parts.
Can I get a ride for pick up or drop off?
Yes, we want our customers to have the best experience possible, if you need a ride we would be more than happy to coordinate pick up and/or drop off.
